You are a student. After graduation you become a job-seeker looking for
the perfect job. This is why you should make the right decisions during
your study. The Career Carousel boosts your career decisions! In a
refreshing way you learn more about yourself and you find out what
really want. You gain insight in your individual values, interests,
personality, and skills. During the carousel your receive tips and
advice about realizing your aim. You will create an action plan about
your career moves. By participating in the Career Carousel you will know
what meets your preferences, you will develop the steps you need to take
in order to reach your goal, and the sources you need.

*Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) *

During the career carousel you will receive the MBTI assessment and
feedback. The MBTI assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed
to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world
and make decisions.

*For whom  *

•Bachelor students who have to decide which Master to follow;

•Students who wanted to enter the labor market for a job or an internship

•High potentials who wanted to realize their ambitions and dreams

•Bachelor and master students who don’t know what they want

*Aim:  *

To gain insight in your talent, qualities, strengths and motives. Create
an action plan to realize a reliable and substantiated career decision
for a master study or a job. A career decision that fits your talents
and that brings the perfect job into your reach
