Marketing & Sales Department
Job Title: Sales Business Development Specialist
Location: Bussum, the Netherlands
Type of Function: Full-Time/Internship
Promotion: Yes (Specific Territorial Markets and Product Types)

A member of marketing & sales department team is considered to deliver
maximum performance and
promote company’s development and growth by being actively involved in
sales processes, negotiation
and customer services in the telecommunications field at international
level. The main tasks are to
successfully engage the sales cycle and projects, contact warm leads and
accounts and conduct market
research for new businesses at international level.

As a member of marketing & sales department team you will be:
• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with
both existing and new clients.
• Identifying customer groups by conducting Marketing Mix activities.
• Analyzing marketplace information and maintaining knowledge inventory
on existing products and
offerings.
• Reviewing and creating technical deliverables to ensure all work
remains in scope and thus,
providing clear direction for all team activities.
• Taking care of customer satisfaction and management of engagement from
award to completion.
• Prioritizing and making individual decisions on the projects.
• Preparing progress outlines reports to the General Manager.
• Collaborating closely with internal departments.
Competencies & Knowledge:
• Proficient English language skills, written and verbal.
• Customer orientation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent self management, especially self organization and stress
management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Multitasking ability.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to make individual decisions.
• Good computer skills, especially good knowledge of Excel.
• Additional foreign language is a must.

Requirements:
• Academic education in a business-related field: International Business
and Management Studies,
Business and Economics, International Management, etc. Specialization in
Marketing (Bachelor &
Master Degrees).
• Availability for the period of at least 6 months for internships and
12 months for full-time with a
possibility of extension.
